At Little Book Friends, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with readers in mind. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • A photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Little Book Friends is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to help locate it.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products received
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
